    Very rude customer service. Have to wait 15 minites for chicken. So much for FAST FOOD

    Absolute deplorable service. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through. A two year old kid could cook food quicker. Will never go there again or recomend to anyone else.

    The best tasting KFC chicken in QLD and maybe the whole of Australia. Im not sure where they get thier chicken from but it sure aint from Brisbane as Roma KFC tastes so nice, always moist, hot and spicy is exactly that... hot and spicy! Normal chicken is sooo tasty as the seasoning is full and strong. Tastes real and unfastfood like if that makes sense. If yr passing by Roma its worth the stop.

    Bad service by MANAGER forgotten food out of order, asked to park and then promptly forgot about. Order given to another customer. Horrible!
