  My initial enquiry was handled promptly and professionally, as was the check-in process. The transaction receipt arrived by email before I was unpacked and helped keep my travel expenses in order. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with good lighting. I was chuffed to see a basic, nutritious breakfast selection on hand in the room. The Managers, Hermine and Jim, were friendly, honest, and exceptionally helpful. Well-deserving of a 5-star customer service rating.

  Room is great. Very clean and has all the facilities I need. Breakfast is provided daily and room is cleaned daily also.

  Staff were friendly and helpful, happily moved me to another room when an issue was discovered with the first. Continental breakfast in room was simple but nice, and free wifi is always a winner!
